You have to request your break through the Breaks Hub. Please do not try to book directly with the hotel quoting the Carefree scheme. If you need to amend or cancel a booking, contact Carefree’s customer support and not the hotel. This helps us avoid confusion with the hotels and maintain great partner relations.

Booking with the hotel directly is against our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to annul your booking if you do.

You are welcome to contact the hotel if you wish to make reserve reservations for hotel facilities (for spas, restaurants, etc.), or if you have any questions regarding your stay.
