When you submit a break request, this is sent to the hotel for approval - it’s not a guaranteed booking. You should hear back within 5 working days. If rejected, you can search for another break opportunity and submit a new request.

We use this model because hotels kindly donate unsold rooms to us. They give us dates when they think they will have availability, but they can’t always predict this correctly.

Occasionally, it may take a little longer due to high demand at the hotel, so please do not worry if you do not hear from us within the 5-day time frame!
