Breaks are gifted by hotels from their unsold inventory. After making a break request through the Breaks Hub, there is one final check with the hotel to ensure availability. Sometimes a break request may be rejected by the hotel. On these occasions, you will be able to re-access the Breaks Hub and try some alternate dates, using your original £25 Carefree admin fee as credit.
We expect to hear back from the hotel regarding your request within 5 days.
Occasionally, it may take a little longer due to high demand at the hotel, so please do not worry if you do not hear from us within the 5-day time frame!
