When a hotel has agreed to partner with Carefree and donate unsold inventory, we add the details of the hotel on our platform and remove any blackout dates which the hotel cannot offer to Carefree carers. These blackout dates can be updated at any time by emailing your Carefree account manager. All booking requests get sent to the reservations team and only once we have a reply from the hotel we inform the carer whether their reservation was accepted or not.
