Once you have made a booking request, you will need to wait up to 5 working days for an email from Carefree confirming your booking or advising that the hotel has declined it.
A hotel may decline a Carefree break request if they are close to reaching their maximum capacity of bookings around the dates that were requested.
If a hotel declines your booking request, the admin fee will be credited to your Carefree account so you can submit a new request. Alternatively, you can request a refund.
