Supporting Carers - Why We Don't Provide Phone Support
As a tech-first charity, we want to ensure that we help as many carers as possible. That's why our team has created an easy-to-use online platform for our services and support. We understand that many people would prefer help over the phone, but due to our resources and the efficiency of our mission, we are not able to provide this option.
We do however offer our users an alternative method of assistance. Users are encouraged to send us a message through our online platform and we usually reply within 24 hours. We often reply much faster than this, but any reply should be expected within 24 hours.
We apologise for any inconvenience this creates for our users but hope that they understand our need to streamline services and support in order to reach and help even more unpaid carers throughout the UK.
