If you have a staff account, you can access your profile via the website. Click LOGIN, top right, and from the login page, select "I'M A COMMUNITY PARTNER."
To log in, please use the email address connected to your staff account.
Once you have entered your email address, you will receive a PIN that will be sent to your email.
Copy the PIN from the email and paste it into the designated field on the platform. Then, click "Sign In". Alternatively, click on "Open app directly" and you will be redirected to our platform without having to copy the pin.
There is no need to keep a record of the PIN, as a new one will be generated when you need to log in again.
