As a Community Partnership Member, you have the option to use extra break funding to cover carers' admin fees. This allows you to purchase credits at any time when funds are available, which we will then add to your account as 'credits'.

For example, purchasing 20 credits at £33 each would cost £660, providing you with 20 credits for carers to use.

Carers can utilise these credits on a first-come, first-served basis as they book their next set of breaks. You can monitor the remaining credits in your dashboard and top up as needed.

We've found that while typically 1 in 5 carers convert to a booking, this number increases to 1 in 3 when the admin fee is covered by the carer support organisation. This makes it an excellent incentive to encourage bookings.
