If a carer has cancelled the booking directly with the hotel, we kindly ask you to send us a message by clicking on the black button on the bottom right side of this page, and our team will manage that on our end.

We ask carers to contact us directly for any booking modifications, but it does happen that sometimes they get in touch with the hotel directly.
