If you do not have a physical copy of your Carers Allowance letter, you can contact the Carer's Allowance Unit to see if you can be sent a digital copy which you can upload as proof of receipt of carer's allowance.

If you are in receipt of Universal Credit, and have a “carer element”, awarded for providing care for at least 35 hours a week for a severely disabled person who receives a disability-related benefit or..regular and substantial caring responsibilities for a severely disabled person, you can upload this as proof of your caring status.

If you are unable to obtain a digital copy for whatever reason of either of the above (or are not in receipt of them), you can also opt into the referee route to confirm your caring status.
