Membership gives your team a purpose-built platform to refer carers, sponsor their breaks, and report on the impact.
What are the main features?
Referral portal: Your team can refer eligible carers in your borough in seconds, with a dedicated referral space linked to your account.
LA Dashboard: A personalised dashboard showing your registered carers, breaks delivered, and local hotel activity, including the number of hotels donating stays in your area and the value of those donated stays.
Impact reporting: Track the outcomes that matter to commissioners, including social value created per break, carer satisfaction and wellbeing scores, and crisis breakdowns prevented.
Auto-credits: Automatically match self-referred carers from your district, allowing you to sponsor their break.
Community Partner Module (Standard Package): Sponsor local carer support organisations to refer carers on your behalf, extending your reach across the community.
Team management: Add team members and organise administrative roles within your account.
Break credits on the platform: Purchase credits directly from the platform, with automatic replenishment options so carers are never left waiting.
Marketing materials: Use our suite of downloadable, ready-to-share materials to communicate the offer to carers in your area.
What's the cost?
We offer two annual membership packages for Local Authorities:
Basic Package | £2,000 + 20% VAT per year
Standard Package | £3,500 + 20% VAT per year
Both packages include the LA Dashboard, referral portal, auto-credits, and marketing materials. The Standard Package adds the Community Partner Module and sponsored partner organisation access, with quarterly rather than annual impact reports.
Break credits are purchased on top of membership, from £31.67 + VAT each (minimum 50), directly from the platform.
