Unable to 'Invite a colleague' as a community partner

If you would like more staff to refer carers via their own accounts, please add them as team members from within your profile.

Go to > Team Management

Click > Add a team member

Fill in pop up form with work details

Make sure this is created for a real person (not an 'admin' or 'general' account)

If you are unable to add a team member from within your profile, please ensure that you are using Google Chrome. You may not be able to invite colleagues from your organisation using other browsers such as Internet Explorer.
