Carers may cancel confirmed bookings at any time, but should be aware that by making a booking and then cancelling, they may have denied another carer the opportunity of a break. Furthermore, in such circumstances, the donated room may not be used, wasting a generous gift. As such, we request that carers think very carefully before canceling a confirmed booking.
Nevertheless, we do recognize that carers may face emergency situations when bookings must be cancelled. In such emergency situations, a confirmed booking may be cancelled and the carer will be able to submit a new request in the future. Modification of an existing request or a confirmed booking is not possible.
No administration fee refund will be made in the event of a canceled confirmed booking.
In order to request a cancellation, please email us at hello@carefreespace.org with the details of your booking and the cancellation reason.
As much as possible please request a cancellation no later than 2 working days prior to your check-in date.
To ensure a smooth and efficient resolution, we ask you to contact Carefree directly for any assistance. Please refrain from contacting the hotel directly, as they may not have the necessary resources and information to assist you regarding your Carefree break. Ignoring this may result in the loss of your booking.
